Information pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data

Data collected via the reserved area of the www.ate.it website

Dear User, we wish to inform you that the processing of personal data supplied by you during registration in the reserved area (registration carried out by ATE Srl personnel), or collected subsequently during the use of this area, is carried out correctly and transparently, for lawful purposes and in the protection of your confidentiality and your rights. The purpose of processing the data you provide during registration or through use of the reserved area is as follows: to enable the download of technical and commercial documents. Download data (user id, downloaded item, date and time) is stored for 30 days, while account data (user id, date, user name, user surname, user email, user company, user language, user downloading, password expiry, password reset and items downloaded by the user) is stored until the user's account is deleted or expires, but for no longer than 90 days.

The processing of data is lawful because it is necessary to fulfil pre-contractual and contractual measures. Your consent is not required for such processing.

The provision of personal data is optional; failure to provide it will not allow us to allow you to download documents.

Within the limits strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above and in full protection of your confidentiality and your rights, the personal data you provide may be disclosed to any employees and collaborators of ATE Srl, as they are authorised to process such data.

We would also like to inform you that the European Regulation grants you certain rights, insofar as they apply to the processing carried out and the purposes defined, such as the right to access your personal data, the right to object to the processing, the right to rectification, portability, restriction of processing, erasure and withdrawal of consent.
